Salmon salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 point salmon
  • ½ onion(s), diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • some cream
  • some dill
  • Pepper (no salt!)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the salmon into very small pieces. If you’re in a hurry, you can also use salmon schnitzel in a jar, but other options taste better. Mix all ingredients well and let it sit for a while. It goes well with baguette or hot toast.
