Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
- 1 small can of corn
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 2 tsp herbs de Provence
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
delicious, also as a spread!!!
Drain the tuna and corn and place them in a medium bowl. Dice the tomatoes, bell pepper, and onion and add them along with the tomato paste. Season to taste with a few squeezes of lemon.
