Tuna salad with cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna, natural
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 1 pack of cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 cucumber(s) or 1 small jar of pickled cucumbers
  • 1 bag of mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream or sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 tbsp Maggi
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mash the tuna and drain the corn. Finely dice the feta, Gouda, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Place everything in a large salad bowl and mix well. Mix the sour cream with the cream until creamy and add 1 tablespoon of Maggi. Pour everything over the salad. Season with salt and pepper, and add vinegar to taste. Mix well again. Let stand for about 15 minutes. Serve with white bread and a glass of red wine.
