Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 195 g tuna in sunflower oil
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 bell pepper
- salt and pepper
- Spice mix (tomato seasoning)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the tuna in a bowl and mash it lightly with a fork. Chop the bell pepper and stir it into the tuna along with the cottage cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and the tomato seasoning. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
