Tuna Salad
The perfect tuna salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Cans Tuna
- 1 Can Corn
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 Red Paprika
- 200 g Feta
- 3 Eggs, hard boiled
- 1 Onion
- Salt pepper
- Vinegar oil
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Chili peppers
- Do not allow the tuna to drain.
- Put the tuna with the oil in a bowl and cut with a fork.
- Drain the corn and mix with the tuna.
- Mix in the tomatoes, bell peppers, feta cheese, finely chopped onion and spring onion rings, chopped garlic and chilli pepper.
- Cut the eggs into small pieces and mix in as well.
- Season the salad with salt and pepper.
- Add a little vinegar and oil to taste.
