Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Tuna sauce for Fondue Chinoise

Mash the tuna with a fork and add the remaining ingredients. Purée briefly with a hand blender, then season with salt and pepper.
