Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna in oil
  • 3 tbsp capers
  • 1 lemon(s) or lime
  • 2 small onions
  • chives
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp tartar sauce

Instructions

Drain the tuna. In a bowl, break it up with a fork. Add the capers, chopped onions, finely chopped chives, and tartar sauce, and mix well. Season with lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Delicious on fresh bread with sliced ​​cucumber or tomato. You could also add some fresh oregano, if you like.
