Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of tuna in oil
- 3 tbsp capers
- 1 lemon(s) or lime
- 2 small onions
- chives
- pepper
- Salt
- 3 tbsp tartar sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Drain the tuna. In a bowl, break it up with a fork. Add the capers, chopped onions, finely chopped chives, and tartar sauce, and mix well. Season with lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Delicious on fresh bread with sliced cucumber or tomato. You could also add some fresh oregano, if you like.
