Ingredients

  • 60 g Tuna in oil
  • 10 g Pickle Guy
  • 10 g Onion
  • 5 g Capers
  • 1 teaspoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Fig mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoon Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 3 teaspoon Lemon thyme salt
  • 3 teaspoon Pepper from the grinder
  • 3 teaspoon Herbs to garnish

Instructions

for now...

  • 1 .... thanks to the user "chocolate strawberry" whose tuna tartar inspired me to create this delicious spread ...

preparation

  • Open the tuna can and pour away the excess oil - then add the onions, cucumber and capers cut into small cubes and mix - add tomato paste, fig mustard and a little lemon juice - season with lemon thyme salt and some green pepper from the mill
  • the spread was garnished with fresh herbs - e.g. cress and marjoram (flowers and leaves!) As well as with the not so well known rue - of all the herbs I found the rue the most interesting because it goes well with the fish taste with its spicy, light bitter note

Postscript

  • a really tasty spread that is made in a flash and tastes great
