Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 steak(s) of tuna
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 slice(s) cheese (Gouda, old)
  • butter
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

gluten-free, egg-free

Fry each side of the fish in hot oil for about 3 minutes. Flip the fish over, brush the cooked side with peanut butter, place half a slice of cheese on top, close the lid, and finish cooking.
