Tuna steak with lemon cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 frozen tuna steaks
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thaw the tuna at room temperature. Season the steaks with pepper. Sear them vigorously for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan. Season with salt. Peel the lemon, slice it, and add it to the remaining frying fat. Sauté briefly. Add the cream. Stir in a pinch of sugar, if desired. Pour over the steaks. I served it with boiled potatoes, which I tossed in butter after cooking.
