Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tuna steaks, approx. 150 g each
- 1 tangerine(s)
- ½ lemon(s)
- 1 dash of soy sauce
- 1 shot of sake
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- 2 tsp honey
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 6 tbsp rapeseed oil or olive oil for frying

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 33 minutes
For the teriyaki marinade, squeeze the tangerine and the lemon half, add the soy sauce and rice wine, season boldly with salt, pepper, and chili powder, and stir in the honey. Rinse the tuna steaks with cold water and dry with kitchen paper, then place them in the marinade for about ten minutes. Then roll the fish in the sesame seeds until evenly coated. Sear the sesame-battered tuna steaks in the oil on each side for two and a half to three minutes, depending on the desired doneness, and let them rest in a preheated oven at 80°C for about ten minutes.
