Tuna steaks with vegetables

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g tuna steak(s), fresh
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ onion(s), diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Ginger
  • 1 tsp, leveled sambal oelek

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 21 minutes; Total time approx. 41 minutes

Low-carb

Sauté the zucchini in oil, add the tomatoes and onion. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, ginger, and samba oelek, and sauté over medium heat for 15 minutes. In a second pan, fry the tuna steaks, seasoned with salt and pepper, in oil for about 3 minutes on each side. Serve the tuna steaks with the vegetables.
