Tuna toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice, 150 g weight
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 80 g black olives without stones
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 8 slice(s) tomato(s), dried in oil
  • 1 mozzarella

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

for a little hunger between meals

Toast the toast slices. Drain the tuna, add the cream, and puree everything with a hand blender. Chop 40g of olives and add them, season with salt and pepper. Finely dice the tomato slices and mozzarella. Spread the tuna mixture over the toast slices, arrange the tomato slices on top, and sprinkle the mozzarella cubes on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C (convection oven) for about 7 minutes. Serve on plates and garnish with the remaining olives. For a heartier dish, use feta instead of mozzarella.
