Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bell peppers, hot
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 onion(s)
- 25 g turmeric
- 15 g black pepper
- 15 g salt
- 200 ml olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Peel and chop the onions, garlic, and bell peppers, then grill them until cooked through, depending on your grill. Afterward, rinse the vegetables with hot water. Season with the spices mentioned above. Then add the olive oil and blend the salad thoroughly.
