like from mother-in-law in Tunisia
Cut the potatoes into small cubes, just like the turkey. Finely chop the parsley and dice the onion. Lightly fry the diced potatoes in a pan with plenty of oil. Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a pot and sauté the onion. Then add the meat, season generously with salt, pepper, red paprika, and turmeric, and brown. Once the turkey is cooked through, add the washed parsley and sauté. Once the potato cubes are soft, place them in a colander and let them drain. Season with salt. Now grease a casserole dish and pour in all the ingredients. Add the eggs, baking powder, and grated cheese and mix everything well. Bake in the oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool, then turn out. Cut into desired pieces and serve. Note from the Chefkoch.de recipe editor: The ingredient list originally read “1/2 pack of yeast”—this was a typo. Explained in the comments and therefore replaced with “baking powder”.
