Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g turkey meat
  • 300 ml cream
  • 100 ml water
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 2 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 onions
  • 2 packs of processed cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the turkey into pieces. Finely chop the mushrooms, leeks, and onions. Brown the turkey in a pan and season lightly with salt and pepper. Then add the onions, leeks, and mushrooms and sauté, adding a little water if necessary. Then add the cream and mix with a little water. Mix in the spreadable cheese and season with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta.
