Turbot with lemon butter crumbs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp butter, softened
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 3 tbsp panko or breadcrumbs
  • Sea salt and white pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 turbot fillets, boned, skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Combine the butter and lemon juice well and season with salt and pepper. Then fold in the panko breadcrumbs. The mixture should form a crumbly mixture. Toast the lemon crumbs in a pan until golden brown and set aside. Divide the turbot into portions, season with salt, and brush with a little olive oil. Preheat the air fryer to 160°C and place the turbot on the grill pan. Cook in the air fryer for 7-8 minutes. Sprinkle the turbot with the lemon crumbs to serve.
