Turkey and Mandarin Curry with Almonds

The perfect turkey and mandarin curry with almonds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Turkey schnitzel
  • 1 Jars Mandarins
  • 2 tbsp Almonds
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Curry powder (Indian)
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 Cup Chicken broth instant
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  1. Cut turkey escalope into strips, finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the onion cubes in it. Squeeze the garlic and add 1-2 teaspoons of curry powder. Then put the strips of meat in the pan and sear them. Add tomato paste and fry briefly.
  2. Pour the chicken stock and pour in the lemon juice. Season with sugar, salt, pepper and curry powder. Finally add the almond slivers and the drained mandarins and bring to the boil briefly.
