Biscuit ground
- First, beat the egg whites, lukewarm water and salt until stiff. Then pour in the sugar and continue beating for 2 minutes, until a firm egg white is formed. Briefly stir in the egg yolks. Mix in flour, starch, cocoa and baking powder, fold in carefully.
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cook on the grill for 10-11 minutes at 200 degrees. Bake (calmly place the cold pizza stone underneath). After cooling, cut out circular shapes.
Advocaat
- First stir the powdered sugar, the cream, the double grain, the egg yolks and the vanilla sugar with the hand mixer on the highest setting for about 5 minutes and then heat them on the stove for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly (do not boil). Pour into a bottle and store in the refrigerator.
ice
- Mix the frozen berries, cream and powdered sugar into an ice cream paste and shape into balls. Then freeze as hard as a rock in the freezer.
Egg whites
- Beat the egg white and powdered sugar in the food processor until stiff.
Grill ice cream
- Preheat the grill to 200 degrees.
- Brush the biscuit base with eggnog and put the ice cream on top. Then wrap it completely in egg whites (without holes!) And quickly place in the grill that has been preheated with the pizza stone. Grill for 8 minutes with the lid closed, until the surface is predominantly golden brown.
Bacon pralines
- Grill the bacon on the grill until crispy and then chop very finely. Heat the chocolate in a metal bowl over a double boiler
- Wet the praline mold with chocolate and let it cool down. Pour the bacon into the molds and use the rest of the chocolate to wrap the bacon in the praline. (Vegetarian variant: instead of bacon, simply use sunflower seeds with finely chopped basil)
