- 100 g carrot(s), raw
- 100 g potatoes, raw
- 400 g turkey breast fillet(s)
- 6 grains of pepper, ground
- 1 tsp salt
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
gluten-free + egg-free + dairy-free
Mince the peeled carrots and potatoes and the turkey breast fillet, add ground pepper and salt, mix well, form palm-sized patties, and fry in hot fat over medium heat. My own recipe.
