The easy way to add cheese to your food

Prepare the “light sauce” (for the roux, melt 2-3 tablespoons of butter/margarine and add 3 tablespoons of flour – avoid lumps – pour the broth and cream over the mixture and season to taste). Wash the turkey cutlets, chop them, and season with salt and pepper. Slice the spring onions into small rings and add them to the meat, sautéing briefly. Now add the sauce to the pan and add the white wine (amount to taste). Season again to taste. Finally, simply place the cheese slices on the pan and simmer over low heat until the cheese has melted. Serve with baguette and salad or even rice. Enjoy!
