simple and delicious
Cut the turkey legs into large cubes. Season with pepper and curry. Coat the meat cubes in flour (I always place the seasoned meat cubes in a plastic bowl with a lid, add a little flour, and shake vigorously—this ensures the meat is evenly and thinly coated) and sear them vigorously in hot fat, working in batches. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan. Season with paprika. Add the roughly diced onions and garlic. Deglaze with wine. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 45 minutes. Finally, add more curry seasoning if desired. This goes well with rice or spaetzle and salad.
