Sausage Pasta

The perfect sausage pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Macaroni
  • 400 g Sausages, coarse
  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 5 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Sea-Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sugar
  • 150 ml Tomatoes happened
  • 50 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • Basil
  • 150 ml Apple juice
  • Parmesan
  1. Crumble the sausages with a fork and fry them with a little olive oil. Clean the broccoli and blanch in salted boiling water. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to the sausages.
  1. Add oregano and tomato paste and roast – deglaze with balsamic vinegar and apple juice. Pour the tomatoes on top and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  1. In the meantime, add the pasta water and cook the pasta al dente. Add the broccoli to the sauce and fold in – do not cook anymore!
  1. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce with a little pasta water.
  1. Mix everything well, let it steep briefly and serve with Parmesan and fresh basil.
