Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g turkey strips
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Toss the turkey strips with three tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper, paprika, oregano, rosemary, and the soy sauce and let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat a pan without oil. Add the meat to the hot pan and sear on all sides. Meanwhile, slice the spring onions into rings. Once the meat is well-cooked on all sides, turn off the heat, scatter the fresh spring onions over it, and toss again. Divide the meat between two plates and serve. Serve with cucumber salad and tzatziki.
