Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 800 g minced turkey
- 100 g chips (potato chips with paprika flavor)
- 150 g spring onions
- 75 g corn kernels
- 1 red chili pepper(s), finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 100 g feta cheese, diced
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, diced
- 1 bunch parsley, flat
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 150°C fan/convection oven, 180°C top and bottom heat. Crumble the potato chips. Slice the spring onions into rings, drain the sweetcorn. Mix both with the chili, chips, and eggs into the minced meat. Season to taste with curry powder, salt, and pepper. Add the feta, paprika, and parsley and mix. Shape the mixture into a roasting pan in the oven for 90 minutes. Serve with tzatziki and Greek pasta. You can also make your own ground turkey using a good blender. Turkey breast is the easiest to use, as it has virtually no sinew. Lightly cut it into small pieces, freeze, and then blend briefly in a blender.
