Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 250 g fresh mixed vegetables according to season
- 2 tsp paprika powder, mild
- 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Fondor
- 2 tsp parsley
- 1 tbsp herbs (8 herb mix)
- 2 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- 250 ml water
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 100 ml red wine, preferably Merlot
- 2 tbsp sauce thickener
- salt and pepper
- 400 g pasta, of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta as usual. Clean the vegetables and cut them into small cubes. Do the same with the onions. Combine all the spices and oil in a bowl and mix together. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry until crispy. Add the onions for about 5 minutes. Then add the fresh vegetables to the pan and fry for about 5 minutes. Deglaze everything with red wine and water. Then simmer for another 10 minutes with the 8-herb mix and thicken with a sauce thickener until the desired consistency is reached. Serve with the pasta. Sprinkle with some parsley before serving.
