Turkey – pepper strips with pineapple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey schnitzel (preferably marinated)
  • 1 tbsp fat (vegetable cream)
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 4 slice(s) pineapple, from the can
  • 2 tbsp plum sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quarter the peppers, remove the cores, wash, and cut into strips or cubes. Drain the pineapple slices (freeze the remaining 4 slices for the next dish) and cut into small pieces. Chop the turkey fillet into small pieces, heat the vegetable cream in a pan, brown the meat well (season if desired, but not marinated meat). Add the peppers and pineapple, add the seasoning sauces, and simmer for 15 minutes. I serve it with mashed potatoes.
