Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg turkey roast (rolled roast)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Soup seasoning, from the database or broth
  • 1 tsp clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rub the washed and dried turkey roast with salt and pepper. Place it in the pressure cooker in the hot clarified butter and sear well on all sides. Dice the onion and garlic. Add them and sear briefly. Sprinkle everything well with paprika and mix well. Pour in the stock or broth so that the roast is at most half covered with liquid. Cover and let simmer for about 30 minutes on the second ring. Once opened, season with Worcestershire sauce and marjoram. Dumplings or polenta cakes go very well with this.
