Semolina Pudding with Fruits

The perfect semolina pudding with fruits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 liter Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 125 g Soft wheat semolina
  • 250 g Fruits of the season
  • 2 tsp Grated chocolate
  1. Separate the egg. Beat the egg whites into firm egg whites. Stir the egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Bring the milk, sugar, grated lemon zest and salt to a boil. Remove saucepan from heat. While stirring, sprinkle in the soft wheat semolina and bring to the boil again. Stir the egg yolk into the hot semolina mass, fold in the egg whites. Rinse the tumbler molds with cold water and pour in the semolina mass. To serve, turn the molds out onto plates and garnish with fruit and grated chocolate.
