Non-alcoholic Chilli Mulled Wine
The perfect non-alcoholic chilli mulled wine recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 liter Sour cherry nectar
- 3 piece Sweet organic oranges
- 50 g Brown sugar
- 2 piece Star anise
- 2 piece Cinnamon sticks
- 0,5 piece Very hot dried chilli
- First, 2 of the 3 oranges are halved and juiced and the 3rd orange is cut into slices.
- Now we put all the ingredients in a small saucepan, heat the whole thing and let everything steep for 15 minutes.
- Then the ingredients can be sieved off or if you want to let it steep a little longer after removing the chili for a more intense flavor. But please remove the chilli in any case, otherwise the whole thing could be a bit too hot.
- Depending on how you have decided, either serve warm immediately or warm up again later and then serve.
