Non-alcoholic Chilli Mulled Wine

The perfect non-alcoholic chilli mulled wine recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 liter Sour cherry nectar
  • 3 piece Sweet organic oranges
  • 50 g Brown sugar
  • 2 piece Star anise
  • 2 piece Cinnamon sticks
  • 0,5 piece Very hot dried chilli
  1. First, 2 of the 3 oranges are halved and juiced and the 3rd orange is cut into slices.
  2. Now we put all the ingredients in a small saucepan, heat the whole thing and let everything steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Then the ingredients can be sieved off or if you want to let it steep a little longer after removing the chili for a more intense flavor. But please remove the chilli in any case, otherwise the whole thing could be a bit too hot.
  4. Depending on how you have decided, either serve warm immediately or warm up again later and then serve.
