Turkey Skewers with Onion Salad

  • 400 g Turkey chunks
  • 1 cups Yogurt
  • 1 Knife point Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 piece Onions
  • 1 bunch Dill
  1. The first thing to do is to marinate the turkey pieces with yogurt, tomato paste and vinegar. It is best to prepare one evening in advance, but if necessary 2 hours in advance. The marinade must also be seasoned with salt and pepper. Just before grilling, pull the turkey pieces onto wooden skewers.
  2. For the salad, cut the onion into strips. Add vinegar and fresh dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper. The onion salad tastes best when the vinegar has been allowed to soak in for about 2 hours.
