Cauliflower Salad with Turkey Skewers

Cauliflower salad with turkey skewers

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil for frying

Salad dressing

  • 0,25 bunch Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey, liquid
  • 50 ml Rapeseed oil
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Spring onion

Turkey skewers

  • 800 g Minced turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1,2 Pinches Doner spice
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • Sunflower oil for frying
  • 17 Wooden skewers

  1. Wash the cauliflower briefly and then remove the stalk. Then cut into florets and slices. Put the sunflower oil in a pan, heat it up. Add the cauliflower slices, fry on all sides. Peel and squeeze the garlic cloves, add them.
  2. After roasting the cauliflower and the pressed garlic, place them in a bowl. Salt pepper with the gourmet pepper and then cover the bowl with either a lid or cling film. Let it draw for about a quarter.

Salad dressing

  1. Take parsley and chop. Then place them in the bowl, wash the tomatoes, add small chopping. Cut the spring onions in rings and add them as well. Mix everything together. Mix a sauce of lime juice, liquid honey and rasp oil. Add these and stir again.

Turkey skewers

  1. Place ground turkey in a bowl. Add egg, breadcrumbs, kebab spice, salt & gourmet pepper. Mix with clean hands and take several wooden skewers. Shape the seasoned minced turkey mixture into long pieces and place on the wooden skewers. Put sunflower oil in a pan, heat and fry all over.
