Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey schnitzel, cut into thin strips
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups of cream
- Water
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fry the onion in a little oil until translucent, add the turkey strips and fry until browned. Add the tomato paste and mushrooms and fry briefly. Add the cream and a little water to the cups and stir them in. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta, rice, or spaetzle.
