Turkey strips in kiwi cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g turkey meat, shredded
  • 40 g fat
  • salt and pepper
  • 400 ml cream
  • 100 ml broth
  • 3 tsp green pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • Ginger powder
  • 4 tbsp sherry
  • 5 kiwis

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the turkey in fat and season. Pour in the cream and broth, and season with spices and sherry. Peel and dice the kiwi, and add it. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Serve with rice.
