Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g turkey breast
- 1 pack of vegetables (peas, carrots), frozen
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 little clarified butter
- 1 little vegetable broth, instant
- some pepper
- some curry
- some basil
- some star anise, ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the turkey breast into strips and fry in clarified butter. Once the turkey breast strips have reached the desired degree of browning, add the vegetables and half of the coconut milk. Then, season with vegetable stock and let it simmer. Once the vegetables have reached the desired degree of tenderness, add the remaining coconut milk and finish with the star anise powder, curry powder, and basil.
