Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp marjoram
  • 250 ml white wine
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Soup seasoning (Vegeta)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the turkey into thin strips. Dry the mushrooms and slice them. Heat a little oil in a pan. Sauté the onion until golden brown, then add the mushrooms and fry briefly. Add the turkey and sauté briefly. Deglaze with white wine, adding a little more water if needed. Add the soup seasoning and marjoram and simmer for about 15 minutes. Finally, mix the sour cream with the flour and stir into the minced meat. Bring back to a boil briefly and season with salt and pepper. If you prefer more meat than sauce, you can vary the quantities as desired. Serve with spaetzle, noodles, and rice as a side dish.
