- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp peppermint, dried, shredded
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Peel the carrots and grate them into sticks. Finely chop the garlic. Heat a pan, add the oil, and cook the grated carrots for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the yogurt, garlic, and peppermint in a bowl. Once cooked, add the grated carrots to the bowl and mix everything well. It goes wonderfully with grilled or roasted meat and has a very refreshing flavor.
