Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 g flour
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Jam as desired
  • Chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the first five ingredients into a smooth dough. Roll out the dough, cut out moon shapes, and bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Once cooled, glue two moon halves together with jam, then dip the back of each moon in melted chocolate coating.
