Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 30 g pistachios, ground
- 30 g ground almonds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 160 g margarine
- Pistachios or almonds, whole
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes
Combine flour, pistachios, almonds, baking powder, vanilla, egg, powdered sugar, and margarine in a bowl and knead into a dough. Let rest for 10 minutes. Roll the dough into 30g balls, press them down slightly, and place them on a baking sheet. Press a whole pistachio onto each ball. Almonds also work. Bake at 170°C (convection oven) for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes. Dust the cookies with powdered sugar.
