Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp butter, soft
  • 225 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Turkish yogurt
  • n. B. Black cumin
  • e.g. sesame

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick and easy to prepare, Turkish

Blend the softened butter with flour, baking powder, natural yogurt, olive oil, and salt into a dough and form into small rings/tires. Then place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with egg yolk, and sprinkle with black cumin and sesame seeds. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
