Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 onions, very finely chopped or grated
  • 3 tomatoes, pitted, skinned, or from the can
  • 3 bell peppers, finely diced
  • 1 cup water
  • salt and pepper
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, oil
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with yogurt sauce

Fry the minced meat and onions in oil until golden brown. Tear apart the tomatoes, add them to the meat along with the bell pepper and tomato paste, and sauté briefly. Season and add water. Simmer until the bell peppers are soft enough. Crush the garlic with 1 teaspoon of salt on a board until it forms a paste and stir into the yogurt. Cook the pasta. Serve on plates with the minced meat sauce. You can add the cold yogurt sauce to the sauce and then mix. If you don’t like garlic, you can use Parmesan cheese.
