Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- 50 g Ajvar, hot
- 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 thick garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
ideal dip for grilling
Finely crumble the feta cheese. Mix well with the garlic, parsley, cream cheese, olive oil, and ajvar. Season with pepper, salt, and sugar to taste.
