Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 slices of toast
  • 1 small jar of walnuts (a Turkish tea glass full)
  • 1 small jar olive oil (or other oil)
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp paprika paste
  • 3 small garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Gradually process all ingredients in a food processor (with a rotary blade) or with an immersion blender until smooth. Then season with spices to taste. Tastes great on bread. Thanks to the added oil, it keeps relatively well in the refrigerator.
