Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 packs of pizza dough (refrigerated counter), approx. 400 g each
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 200 g tomatoes, pureed
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 large bell pepper(s), red
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp, heaped oregano, dried
- 4 tbsp parsley, dried or frozen
- Salt
- e.g. chili powder
- 1 small bunch of spring onions
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 100 g feta cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the passata and olive oil by hand or with a spoon. Dice the onion and add it. Mix in the oregano, parsley, salt, chili powder and crushed garlic clove. Finally, cut the feta and red bell pepper into fairly small cubes and carefully fold them in. Roll out the pizza dough and cut each into 3 equally wide strips. Place 3 strips on a baking sheet and fold or twist the edges in slightly. Tip: If desired, you can also fill the edges with cheese; it tastes great too. Spread the minced meat mixture over the pide and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 12 minutes. For the topping, cut the cucumber, tomatoes and feta into small cubes and the spring onions into small rings. Spread the topping over the finished pide as desired.
