Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g minced beef
- 1 onion(s)
- 5 bell peppers, pointed
- 1 tomato(s)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp peppermint
- 150 g noodles, rice noodles (Sehriye)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 ½ liters of meat broth or chicken broth
- Salt
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the bell peppers into small, really small cubes and dice the onion. Add butter to a saucepan, add the onion and bell peppers, and sauté. Dice the tomato. Add the ground beef, diced tomato, tomato paste, peppermint, chopped parsley, and salt, and sauté. Add 1.5 liters of broth. Bring to a boil briefly, then add the rice noodles and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes. Season with lemon juice and serve hot.
