Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g almond(s), whole
- 1 jar olives, green
- Herbs of Provence
- Vinegar (wine vinegar)
- possibly olive oil
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Oils and spices
Cook the almonds in boiling water for 2 minutes, then rub off the skins. Add the green olives to a bowl with a little liquid, season with pepper and herbs, and a dash of white wine vinegar. Add the peeled, briefly pan-roasted almonds to the olives, mix well, and finish with olive oil, if desired.
