Turkish Style Couscous Grill Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 1 yellow Paprika
  • 400 g Couscous
  • 1 Red Paprika
  • 1 big can Corn
  • 300 g Feta cheese
  • 0,75 bunch Parsley
  • 0,5 bunch Mint
  • 3 Spring onions
  • Butter
  • 2 Red Onions
  • 4 Toes Garlic
  • 1 tube Tomato paste
  • 0,5 tube Paprika pulp
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Grenadine
  • 1 Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packet. Chop the onions and finely chop the garlic. Brown both in a pan in a little butter. Add the tomatoes and paprika pulp and fry a little too. Add the couscous mixture to a large bowl and stir well.
  • Cut the bell pepper, cucumber, feta cheese and spring onions into bite-sized pieces and place in the bowl. Likewise the corn. Chop and add the herbs. Finally add the juice of one lemon, the grenadine and salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything well again. Good Appetite!
