Place the mulberries (found in Turkish supermarkets under the name “dut”) in hot water and soak for about 20 minutes. Then fry them in a pan with butter, crack the two eggs over them, add the sugar, and continue to cook while stirring. For a more attractive appearance, the omelet can be prepared separately and topped with the sugared mulberries when serving.
