Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ciabatta
  • 2 tbsp olives, green
  • 2 tbsp olives, black
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • basil
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Slice the bread and fry on both sides in a pan with olive oil. Pit the olives and chop them not too finely. Slice the basil. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese.
