Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork fillet(s)
  • 1 pkt. bacon, thin, cut into strips
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 gr. can/n tomato paste
  • 1 pt. Tomato(s), pureed
  • some tomato ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Paprika powder
  • herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper and chili powder
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the meat and pat dry. Grease a baking dish with butter. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the meat into medallions and wrap each piece with a slice of bacon. Place them tightly together in the greased dish. Heat the cream in a saucepan. Add tomatoes, a little ketchup, and a little tomato paste and mix with a whisk. Season with garlic and spices, and bring to a boil briefly. Pour hot mixture over the meat and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. Serve with baguette and salad.
